National Science Week
Ireland
Science Week is a week-long event in Ireland each November, celebrating science in our everyday lives.

It was the perfect crime.
At 7pm the doors to the high security vault were closed, but by the next morning the world famous Venus Diamond had gone.
Using Forensic Science techniques, can the young detectives at your school catch the culprit?
CSI workshops take place in your school and can be delivered in a hall or large classroom.
Working with one class at a time, the children will initially learn about DNA, fingerprints, footprints & fibres before entering their very own crime scene.
These interactive sessions give children a real "hands-on" experience.
We can normally fit 6 sessions/classes into a normal school day, working around lunch and break times and is suitable for infants through to Sixth class.
